Forms
Holiday
Permission Slip
Parents should make every effort to take family holidays out of
school term time. Permission to be absent from school during term
time, other than for illness, can be sought from the Headteacher
by completing a holiday permission slip and returning it to
school. Authorisation will only be
given for 2 weeks holiday in one school year.
Nursery
Application Form
Places for the Nursery are heavily oversubscribed. Please
complete and sign this form to place your child's name on the
waiting list. You must sign and complete a separate form for the
Reception waiting list. (See below.)
Please
Note: if a place is allocated to a child in the Nursery it does not imply
a place for that child will be available in the Reception Class.

Nursery. Applicants for reception will be placed on a waiting
list.

The Friends
(PTA)
Interested
in fundraising?
Then you need to see what 'The Friends'
are up to.
Parents,
church members and others in the village community organise
entertaining events to raise funds for the school.
Governors
The full governing
body meets at least once a term to discuss
a wide range of matters.
Between meetings, issues are discussed by Working Parties who
then make recommendations to the full Governing Body.
