All members of staff at St Augustine's are employed to make sure your child has positive experiences during their time at the school. However in times of special need, the school has members of staff specifically trained in Pastoral Care and Parent support. They make sure that every child and family can get help for any problem they are facing be it personal or more general. They can all be contacted via the school office or speak with your child's class teacher to be introduced.
Marcia Sloan is our Parent Support Advisor (PSA). She is employed by our Trust to work with parents who need advice on any issues which concern the family - not always to do with school as anything happening at home can also effect a child's progress in school. She can put you in touch with agencies who may be able to help with any problems parents may be having.
Rev. Bill Dimelow is the deacon at the parish church and is available to speak to parents about matters spritual.

Fr. David Ward is the parish priest of Our Lady and St. Walstan and is in school on most Friday mornings. As the school's Chaplain and spiritual support he will be familiar to all the children and many of our families.
